BTS Becomes the First K-pop group to Have Two Tracks on Billboard's Hot 100 at a Time

K-pop boy group BTS’ two new songs, ‘Boy With Luv’ and ‘Make It Right’ from the latest album ‘MAP OF THE SOUL : PERSONA’, debuted on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.

According to Billboard on April 22 (local time), BTS’ new title track ‘Boy With Luv’ landed at #8 on the Hot 100.

It is the group’s highest ranking ever on Hot 100, after entering the top 10 of the chart with ‘FAKE LOVE’ (#10) last spring. Not only that, BTS’ ‘Make It Right’ has entered the chart at #95, making the group the first K-pop act to ever have more than one track on the chart at the same time.

‘MAP OF THE SOUL : PERSONA’ has taken the #1 spot on Billboard 200 chart this week, making BTS the first K-pop act to top the chart three times.

With this achievement, BTS has become the first music group since The Beatles to top Billboard 200 with three different albums in less than a year.
