BTS Dynamite has surpassed 500 million views on YouTube

The music video for “Dynamite” by the group BTS has surpassed 500 million views on YouTube.

The music video for BTS’s digital single “Dynamite,” which was released at 1 p.m. on Aug. 21, surpassed 500 million views on YouTube around 9:06 a.m. on Oct. 20. This marks the 10th time for BTS to have 500 million views.

BTS’s “Dynamite” is a bright and exciting disco-pop genre, with COVIOD 19, a unique healing song that everyone wants to deliver a message of vitality and hope in times of hardship.

The music video, which uses colorful colors and features and costumes of retro concepts, achieved YouTube Premier View records with more than 3 million simultaneous users immediately after its release and recorded 101 million views in 24 hours, which was recognized as the new record for “the most views in 24 hours” in YouTube music video history.

“Dynamite” is also making significant progress on the chart. Immediately after its release, it ranked No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard’s Hot 100 chart (September 5), making it the first Korean singer to make history, and has been ranked No. 2 on the latest chart (October 17) for seven weeks.

It is also doing well on the “Billboard Global” chart, which aggregates and ranks streaming and sales in more than 200 countries and regions around the world. On October 17, it ranked third on the Billboard Global 200 chart and second on Billboard Global (excluding the U.S.) chart. “Dynamite,” which has topped both charts, continues to be a global hit, maintaining its top spot.
