BTS, now called “World stars,” moved their new top-class accommodation to Hannam the Hills, the most expensive apartment complex in Seoul.

Entertainment officials said on December 13, “BTS moved to Hannam Hill in early December. It is for the members to live in a more pleasant and tranquil space. It is not a purchase. I had a contract for a period of time. I signed a contract in November. It is a place where everyone is satisfied.”

Hannam the Hill, a new accommodation for BTS, is also called ‘the most expensive apartment in Seoul’. According to data from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOTT), the top ten trading houses among the apartments traded in Seoul from January to November this year were all occupied here.  A total of 600 households. And a unit which 244.78㎡ was traded at 8.2 billion won in last year. Many chaebol, Business and political figures and singer Lee Seung-chul, actors An Sung-ki and Han Hyo-ju are inhabited. Recently, actress Chu Ja Hyun bought this apartment.

The reason why BTS’s new accommodation is a hot topic is that the members stay together without being scattered. Usually, it is a common practice to have long activities and to have independence and another rest if members accumulate a lot of wealth. However, the case of BTS was different. The members have been living together in the accommodation for a long time and they have become stronger, and they are continuing their stay in the accommodation because they are showing their natural appearance to SNS and communicating with fans around the world.

Above all, the main reason why the BTS moved to this place was that it was a good reason to have good privacy and a good view. As domestic activities, as well as overseas activities, have become more frequent, it has been urgent for the members to rest quietly. Especially, it is the back door that it was able to prevent the invasion of outsiders from the outskirts in advance.
