BTS' RM recommend Gyeongbokgung Palace

BTS leader, RM, interviewed British BBC Radio over the phone.

RM talked to DJ NOREEN KHAN on the BBC ‘Asian Network’ on December 22nd. NOREEN KHAN started a phone interview with RM, introducing him as a “K-pop superstar producing music directly” for BTS.

RM said it was more shocking than the Billboard charts when he heard the first news that BTS was the first K-pop singer to be on the UK charts for the first time. “There are not many artists in the UK, there are Beatles, and recently there are also Dua Lipa and Ed Sheeran, a country that is good at music, so I did not realize at first.”

Recently, BTS has appeared in the Ellen Show and received worldwide attention. “It was a show that I had seen since I was young,” RM said. “It was a feeling of watching a TV show. It was really nice to be able to perform and talk to Ellen.”

“I did not expect these things at all,” said RM, who is updating the world record as a K-pop singer. “I did not think this would happen before my debut, because no one has ever done it,” he added.
