Group BTS (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) will participate in the 61st Grammy Awards.
The BTS will be participating as a winner at the Grammy Awards, according to Big Hit Entertainment on February 5.
Earlier, U.S. media VARIETY reported on Thursday (local time) that BTS will participate in the Grammy Awards, drawing attention from fans. TIME and Billboard also published an online article citing the VARIETY report.
Sources also say nominees Taylor Swift and Maroon 5 will not be attending — the former is up for one award, best pop vocal album (“Reputation”), and the latter for best pop duo/group performance (for “Girls Like You,” with Cardi B). The ultimate get would be an appearance by Drake, whose reaction to awards shows in general has usually been tepid at best.
