Gyeonggido Province announced that they will develop the ‘(tentative) Millennium Tour’ course for foreign tourists.
It is a history and culture experience and sightseeing course which can take a round trip in the form of “circle” of many historical and cultural heritage scattered in Gyeonggido area.

According to a survey of foreign tourists by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2016, more than half of tourists in North America and Europe, excluding Asian tourists, are looking for Korea to experience history and culture. Followed by France with 81.5 percent, Germany with 76.7 percent, the US with 53.9 percent and Australia with 50.1 percent.
