D1Verse, a Vietnamese boy band launched by Korean music companies RBW and Kakao M, is poised to make its official debut on Feb. 27. The five-piece group ― Huynh Hong Phu, An Quang Huy, Tran Binh, Duc Ung, and Minh Hoang ― will debut with the digital single album “PANTHEON: VOLCANO.”

The album, fronted by lead number “MONSTER,” zeroes in on Hephaistos, a Greek god of fire and blacksmiths. The management said the choice of the mythical figure highlights the band’s “fiery passion.” And it also added that”D1Verse aims to write a new history for V-pop.” Last December, the band released the pre-debut single “Bring it Low.”

RBW, an agency of the K-pop girl group, MAMAMOO, and music platform company Kakao M, joined hands to make D1Verse, which was cultivated and trained in a K-pop style.
