HaB Korea is an online service that enables users to research, find, and book travel experiences in Korea. HaB Korea offers a variety of tours, tickets and services. This Website is provided to assist customers in gathering travel excursion information, posting opinions and stories of travel excursions, and searching for and booking reservations for Products, and for no other purposes.
The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “HaB Korea” refer to Co., Ltd. and/or our affiliates, and subsidiaries. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or contributing content on this Website.

This Website and the Products made available on this Website are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of any/all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Agreement”). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement and represent that you have read and understood its terms. Please read the Agreement carefully, as it contains information concerning your legal rights and limitations on these rights, as well as a section regarding applicable law and jurisdiction of disputes. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website or book a Product. In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted this Agreement on behalf of the persons named in the booking.

We may change or otherwise modify the Agreement in the future, and you understand and agree that your continued access or use of this Website after such change signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement. We will note the date that revisions were last made to the Agreement at the top of this page, and any revisions will take effect upon posting. We will notify our members of material changes to these terms and conditions by either sending a notice to the email address provided to us at registration or by placing a notice on our Website. Be sure to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the Agreement.

User Accounts

You need to create an account and provide information about yourself in order to use some of the features on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not impersonate someone else (e.g., adopt the identity of a celebrity), create an account for anyone other than yourself, provide an email address other than your own, or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any or no reason.

We may terminate or suspend your account or ability to use the Website, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without notice or liability of any kind. For example, we may terminate or suspend your account or ability to use the Website if you misuse the Website. Any such termination or suspension could prevent you from accessing your account, the Website, your Content, Website Content, or any other related information.

You may terminate your account at any time by closing your account and discontinuing your use of any and all parts of the Website. If you close your account, we may continue to display your previously published Content and are under no obligation to remove any of your Content.

AS A USER OF THIS WEBSITE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (1) NEITHER HAB KOREA NOR ITS AFFILIATES WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU OR OTHERS FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS MADE USING YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT; AND (2) THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT COULD CAUSE YOU TO INCUR LIABILITY TO BOTH HAB KOREA AND OTHER USERS.

Electronic Communications

When you use the HaB Korea Website, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically and agree that we may communicate with you in a variety of ways, such as by e-mail, or by posting notices and messages on the Website.

You may unsubscribe from e-mail communications at anytime by emailing customer.service@habkorea.net

Modifying or Amending Your Booking

All requests for modifications and amendments to your booking must be directed to the HaB Korea Customer Service Team who will process the request. See the section “Payment & Cancellations” below for additional information with respect to cancelling a booking.

• HaB Korea does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing booking, as long as the request is received by our Customer Service team more than three (3) days ahead of your confirmed travel date.

• It is not possible to change or modify a special event, theater or show ticket. Sales of these tickets are final and cannot be amended once your original purchase is confirmed.

• All other date-change requests and amendments are subject to availability by our suppliers and/or service providers; HaB Korea cannot guarantee the success of any date-change request.

• If you request a date change within three (3) days or less of your confirmed travel date, HaB Korea will attempt to honor your request; however changes made three days or less from your original travel date may be subject to an additional fee. For multi-day and overnight tours, date changes made within seven (7) days of your confirmed travel date may also be subject to additional fees.

• If you make a purchase using a HaB Korea promotion code, or if you accept a discount or special-offer price during the HaB Korea checkout process, you may invalidate your discount or special-offer price by making any changes or amendments to your itinerary once your purchase is complete. HaB Korea may decide, at its sole discretion, to honor your discount or special-offer pricing if you make a post-purchase change or amendment to your itinerary. However HaB Korea reserves the right to invalidate your discount or special-offer pricing if you make any changes to your confirmed itinerary.

Occasionally our suppliers and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, and other Product features and/or requirements. As a result, HaB Korea reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour, ticket or product that you have booked at this Website, at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. Notwithstanding the above, when we are informed in advance by our agents, service providers and/or suppliers of a significant change to a booking and/or to a tour, product or event, we make every reasonable effort to notify the consumer, travel agent and/or distributor as appropriate, in order to amend or re-issue the booking where feasible.

Photoshoot Package

The Clients and the Photographer consent to happily cooperating and communicating with each other to achieve the best possible result within the understanding of this contract. We recommend that the Photographer be provided with a helper (someone who knows most of the guests) who will point out key individuals to be photographed. The Photographer may also require assistance in organizing groups. The Clients also agree to give the Photographer sufficient warning of key events to give the Photographer time to prepare e.g. cutting the cake, speeches, performances, etc. Please note that not all guests like having their photo taken. In such cases, the Photographer will use his discretion but cannot be held responsible for a lack of photos of these people.

The Client shall reimburse Photographer for any additional costs the Photographer may incur for travel, meals, parking, and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services.

The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer’s direction; providing a person to guide the Photographer to desired persons and/or scenes; pre-shoot consultations, etc. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.

The Photographer (HaB Korea) retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client pays.

The images taken by the Photographer (HaB Korea) are for personal use by the Clients and their associates and/or friends and relatives.

Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographer (HaB Korea).

If a photographer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the event services specified the company will try to book a replacement photographer. If a replacement photographer cannot be found then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. The Photographers have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your images. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances, liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied.

This contract is for the photography services and electronic delivery of the Licensed Digital Images only. Additional services, such as providing high-resolution Digital Images on physical media, touch-ups, or editing are available as a separate order.

Payments & Cancellations

When you book a reservation for a Product through the Website, HaB Korea collects your payment information and processes your payment as described below under “Payment Processing”. HaB Korea accepts the Paypal (also payable with most of credit cards), Bank Transfer. Payment and Booking status will be listed on your Dashboard in HaB Korea.net website. (Member only)

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.

Canceling a booking with HaB Korea can result in cancellation fees being applied by HaB Korea, as outlined below. When canceling any booking you will be notified via email of the total cancellation fees.

1. In case of the visa being rejected after tour or service has started on the following grounds, no refund will be made.
– If the customers fail Entry Inspection of Nationals from the Immigration Bureau of Korea.
– If the customers do not comply with the requirements of the Embassy or the Consulate.
– Submission of fraudulent documents.
– The prior violation of any immigration or visa law by the client or any of his or her family members included in the application.

2. KPOP Concert & Music Awards, Event, Theater, Performance or Coupon Ticket
All purchases are non-refundable and not able to be exchanged in all circumstances. Notwithstanding, some promoters have different rules regarding the ability to refund and/or exchange your purchased tickets. Please refer to each product page for specific exclusions.

3. Gift Certificate
These are non-refundable in all circumstances.

4. Other Tour Products & Services
– Cancel 7 working days in advance: No cancellation fee.
– Cancel between 3 and 6 working days in advance: 50 percent cancellation fee.
– Cancel within 2 working days: 100 percent cancellation fee.

5. Photography Service
– Cancel 7 working days in advance: No cancellation fee.
– Cancel between 3 and 6 working days in advance: 50 percent cancellation fee.
– Cancel within 2 working days: 100 percent cancellation fee.
– Cancel due to bad weather on site: 50 percent cancellation fee in case after meeting your photographer.
– Cancel due to bad weather before the photo session starts: No cancellation fee.

※ Note: Required actions should be taken at least two hours before your photo session starting time in case of bad weather situation

The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. (about 12%)

We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without filling out a request form will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. We will NOT accept email cancellations unless they have a complete, signed, and attached Cancellation Form.
