This year’s theme of the “2020 KBS Song Festival” was decided as “Connect,” meaning that K-pop singers and fans would not be able to meet with “music” in a world where everything has been reversed due to COVID-19.
TVXQ’s U-Know Yunho, ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo and actress Shin Ye-eun were selected as MCs, while BTS, Park Jin-young X Sun-mi, TWICE, Taemin, Paul Kim, Seventeen, Kim Yeon-ja X Seol-woon-do, NCT, and Jesse X Jackson were named in the lineup.
KBS goes beyond time and space and connects to various media stages and only “Connect” theme is “Connect.”Expectations are rising for what kind of performance will be waiting for viewers while predicting special stages that will only be unveiled at the Great Festival.”
