i had a great time at the kimchi class with jomin. l was lucky and had a privat class:)))!
we had a stroll through the market near by and she explaind me a lot about koren food and ingredients.
she made an effort and prepared with me a vegan version of the kimchis. very delicious and i was so happy! it‘s hard to find any vegan kimchis.
she was very kind and the informations were really good. so i can do the kimchi at home! yay!
you get even a portable pot to take away the kimchis :)!
highly recommended!

It is really fun and we have learnt a lot of things. We will definitely try it ourselves. Jomin is really friendly and answer all the questions that we ask. People who want to experience kimchi making , I highly recommend Jomin classes. No regrets !

Learning to make kimchi with Jomin met all of our high expectations. We loved the authentic market tour at the beginning where we had all our questions on Korean cuisine thoroughly answered. The actual kimchi making part is much more fun than we expected and definitely more unique than your average cooking class. We ended up with a huge tub of kimchi at the end of the class – it will take us forever to eat all of it!
