All temple members gather twice a day to partake in this service and make a resolution to follow the ways of Buddha with diligence.Chamseon (Zen, meditation explanation) Through the "innocent focus and observation" of Seon or Zen Meditation one will get rid of inner anguish and attain truth. This meal is also a time where one can have a time of reflection, reviewing his or her past performance in life.Meeting with Buddhist Monk This will be a time where you can meet and have a conversation with a temple monk and ask him questions you have about life.
