Where can I find my eVoucher after complete my booking? A) Depending on the type of activity, HaB Korea will email you a separate eVoucher within 1 ~ 2 working day.
In many cases, the HaB Korea's booking status is used as an eVoucher(It's written on the product page). Check your booking status on your account dashboard after your booking, once your booking confirmed, your booking status changed to ‘Approved’. This order status page is your eVoucher. Please print it out or capture it just in case you need it.
In case you didn't sign-up when you make your booking, you are unable to track your booking information because you are booked as a Guest. (You can easily sign-up as a member and get more benefits.) So, please let us know as soon as possible if you booked without membership on us. We will send your eVoucher manually.
